Knowing AI is not the same as using it.

A few people may be getting faster. Drafts may be better. But individual wins do not become shared capability on their own.

Most teams have learned to prompt.Few have changed how work gets done.

The Sprint closes that gap by moving your team from scattered experimentation into a shared way of working, inside the workflows that already run the business.

  • Access is not adoption

Having AI tools available does not mean the team has a safe, shared way to use them. That is a different problem.

  • Prompting is not execution

Better prompts improve individual outputs. Execution changes the workflow around those outputs, for everyone.

  • Training is not behaviour change

A session creates interest. The Sprint creates repeatable use through real practice and shared standards.

Three phases. Built for execution.

The structure stays consistent. What gets built inside it is shaped to your team’s real work.

Pre-work before week one. Four weekly workshops of 2.5 hours in weeks one to four. Two weeks applying the work in weeks five and six, with the showcase in week six. 60 days of support run across the program, to about two weeks past the showcase.

  1. 01 Pre-work

    Solid ground before day one.

We assess team readiness, help choose the right tool, clarify the workflows worth changing, and prepare your AI use policy. Your team starts the first workshop focused, not troubleshooting.

  2. 02 Weeks 1 to 4

Your real work. In the room.

Four weekly workshops of 2.5 hours each, with your leadership team and the people doing the work. Each workshop builds reusable assets and real workflow examples from your team’s actual roles.

  3. 03 Weeks 5 and 6

    Enablement becomes visible.

After the workshops, the team spends two weeks using what they have built in the real flow of work. Then they reconvene in week six for the showcase: real examples, real outputs, real proof that the change is sticking.

Tool agnostic by design. Already using one of these? We build on it.Not sure which fits your team? Choosing the tool is part of pre-work. No vendor commissions, no tool bias.

Most programs stop at learning. This one does not.

Enablement sticks when it is built on real work, visible leadership, and accountability. The Sprint is designed around all of those conditions.

  • Built around your actual work

Every workshop uses real workflows and real documents, not generic examples.

  • Execution starts in the room

Each workshop ends with something immediately usable, not theory saved for later.

  • Shared standards reduce inconsistency

Quality stops depending on one person. The team develops a common way to prompt, review, and improve work.

  • Leadership is part of the process

Leadership chooses the work worth changing and stays visible. That is what makes enablement stick.

What your team leaves with

  • Priority workflow map
  • AI use policy
  • Reusable prompt patterns
  • Configured AI assistants
  • Rebuilt workflow examples
  • Week-six showcase
  • Enablement plan
  • 60 days of support

Works best when the team is ready to participate.

Not every business is at the right stage. Here is an honest read on when the Sprint works and when something else should come first.

Good fit

  • AI access exists, but use is inconsistent
  • You want real workflows, not general education
  • Leadership wants visible change
  • The people doing the work can take part in the workshops

Probably not the right fit

  • You want a keynote or passive training session
  • You want AI implemented without involving the team
  • Leadership is not ready to make decisions
  • You mainly want generic prompt training

The Sprint works because the team is involved. That is not a side detail. It is the point. If we do not think the Sprint is the right next step, we will say so and recommend what fits better.

What leadership teams usually ask first.

How do you measure ROI?

The priority use cases are selected during the Sprint, not guessed in advance. In the first workshop, the team identifies the workflows worth changing and each participant takes ownership of a practical use case. By the showcase, they present what they built, how it is being used, and the estimated time, quality, or cost impact where it can be measured.

How long does it take, and how much time does my team give up?

Six weeks: pre-work, four weekly workshops of 2.5 hours each, two weeks applying the work, and a closing showcase in week six, with 60 days of support running across the program and two weeks past the showcase. Workshops are scheduled around your team’s availability.

Which tools does it work with, and do we need to choose one first?

Claude, Microsoft 365 Copilot or ChatGPT, and no, you do not need to choose first. If your team already uses one, we build on it. If not, we help you pick the right fit as part of pre-work. There are no vendor commissions or tool bias.

Can you work inside our security requirements?

Yes. We work with your IT team, and with your managed service provider if you have one, to set up tools and access. Pre-work includes tool selection, access setup, and an AI use policy so the Sprint fits your operating environment. We have worked with teams that have specific data classification requirements.

What happens after the six weeks?

Support continues to about two weeks past the showcase, 60 days in all, and the team leaves with an enablement plan. From there, there are a few options: our AI Momentum Program keeps the momentum going across the organisation with ongoing support, and we also take on development work for strategic projects. Everything built during the Sprint is yours to keep. There is no lock-in.

Let’s talk about what your team would build.

Tell us where your team is stuck, and we’ll help you decide whether the Sprint is the right next step, or whether something smaller should come first.
